Refund Policy
Overview
We do not do refunds, just store credit or exchanges if item is damaged or defective. Our policy of credit or exchanges (if item is damaged or defective) lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a credit or exchange.
To be eligible for a credit or exchanges (if item is damaged or defective) , your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable files or software products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Exchanges or Store Credit
If you have a defective or damaged items please take pictures of the shipping package and the package of the item and the item itself. This must be emailed to us first at chlora.cgd@gmail.com. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Once your email is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your email and we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or store credit. If you are approved, then your item will need to be shipped to:

to be processed, and a store credit emailed or new replacement item will be mailed out within a certain amount of days.
